Lutz Bethge, Managing Director, Montblanc International, Germany

Lutz Bethge was born in Hanover in 1955. He graduated from the University of Berlin with an MBA in Economic Science. After his first business experience at Beiersdorf AG in Hamburg he joined the German EFFEM GmbH in Bremen working for the Planning & Supply Department and as a Product Manager. In 1987, he took over the Finance Department at EFFEM subsidiary MARS GmbH. Three years later he joined MONTBLANC Simplo GmbH in Hamburg being responsible for Finance & Controlling and Legal. In 1995 he was promoted to Executive Vice President Services & Finance at Montblanc International GmbH. Since 2004, Lutz Bethge has been Managing Director of Montblanc International GmbH.
