Prof. Iseux is Director of Research at the Institute
of World Economy, People’s University of China
(since May 2006). He was the first and only
Caucasian ever Specially Invited Member of a
Chinese parliamentary institution namely
Changchun delegate of the China People’s Political
Consultative Conference (from 2001 to
2005). Besides being China business adviser to the
CEOs of more than 20 multinationals, he is Foreign
Investment Adviser to 20 local governments
in China including Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin,
Chongqing, Nanjing, Qingdao, Shenzhen etc., and
acts as honorary professor and adviser to numerous
institutes, associations and ministries in- and
outside China. Prior to his current positions, Prof.
Iseux was director, visiting professor and lecturer
at various institutes and universities in UK and
China; Permanent Representative to the WTO and
the UN Conference on Disarmament; and Vicepresident
of Oxford Analytica.
