Guan Tongxian, President, Shanghai Zhenhua Port Machinery Co. Ltd., P.R. China

Born in 1933, Mr. Guan is Senior Engineer. He served as Deputy Division Chief in the Water Transport Bureau of the Ministry of Communications, Marine Engineering Division Chief of China Harbour Engineering Co. Ltd. Since Feb. 1992, Mr. Guan has served as the General Manager and Board Director of Shanghai Zhenhua Port Machinery Co. Ltd.
