Jin Yun, Chairman, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, P.R. China
Jin started his career as a banker in the 1960s,
working in the Huangpu Sub-branch of the
People’s Bank of China, Shanghai Branch. From
1985 to 1993, he worked as Deputy President of
the Shanghai Branch of the Industrial and
Commercial Bank of China. In 1993, he became
one of the founders of Shanghai Pudong Development
Bank. Then, he became Vice Chairman and
Deputy President of the newly established bank.
Starting from 1996, he was nominated President
of the bank. Since September 2005, Mr. Jin works
as the Chairman of the Board, Shanghai Pudong
Development Bank.
