CAISSA Touristic (Group) AG is a German-Chinese travel business, based in Hamburg. It has seven subsidiaries in Munich, Frankfurt, Paris, Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai und Guangzhou, with more than 500 employees. CAISSA Touristic (Group) AG has been successfully operating in the European and Chinese markets for over 16 years now. In Europe it holds the market leadership for incoming business from China, and also in China it is one of the biggest players in the tourism business. Since the beginning CAISSA Touristic is also operating in the outgoing travel business. The CAISSA brand China Holidays offers individual and group tours for beginners and experts to China, and has an extensive yearly travel catalogue. Beside that also many international companies trust in the CAISSA china experts for the booking of their business and incentive trips.

The China Education & Training Center (CETC) organises training and seminars for business people, officials and executives from the PR of China. The CETC, which is certified by the Chinese „Administration for the International Personal Exchange“, organises technical visits, seminars and lectures in all fields of business and science.

The „Training Institute for Chinese Speaking Tour Guides in Europe“, which was founded in 2003, trains Chinese speaking tour guides for Germany and the whole of Europe.

CAISSA Touristic (Group) AG even publishes a Chinese newspaper: the monthly paper EUROPE TIMES with a circulation of 95,000 copies – meanwhile one of the most widespread Chinese newspapers in Europe. The newspaper’s target group are Chinese expats, as well as visiting business people and tourists.
